3 FUTO students die after taking tramadol for sex romp with one female student Three students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Imo State, have been announced dead. The students collapsed on Tuesday night while having sex with a co-student after allegedly taking a mixture of tramadol, codeine and vodka. An eyewitness account states that two of the young men died instantly, while a third male and the only lady among them were found unconscious and immediately rushed to the Federal Medical Centre Owerri where they were admitted at the Intensive Care Unit. The third male student later died at the hospital. The caretaker of the hostel has been arrested. The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Orlando Ikeokwu, a Superintendent of Police, who gave the names of the deceased as Ugochukwu Kingsley, Aka Uche and one Richard, said they used sex enhancing drugs.
